Convenient Location and Great Breakfast

I really enjoyed my stay, especially because of the hotel's close proximity to the Mid-Florida Amphitheatre, which made getting to events really easy. The breakfast each morning was a highlight, featuring fresh eggs, sausage, and delicious pastries. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. However, the elevator made some unsettling noises, which could use improvement.

This place suits me perfectly! Reliable Wi-Fi, free parking, and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable. I remember how they helped me with a wake-up call. I can't wait to return for Easter!

Staff needs improvement

I wasn't a fan of how the staff acted during my stay. A maintenance guy seemed to just creep around and greet only the women, which was weird. Plus, a manager harassed me for my name at breakfast while no one else was asked. The friendly breakfast greeter was nice, tho. Also, I found a roach in my room, not cool!

I thoroughly enjoyed the clean, modern decor and the accessibility features which made moving around the hotel very easy during my stay. The comfortable seating areas were perfect for relaxing and chatting with family.

A few more grab bars in the bathrooms would help.

Had a fantastic 3-night stay where my family loved the comfy beds and the delicious breakfast every morning. The outdoor pool was a real treat for the kids while we relaxed. Just a minor hiccup with the Wi-Fi speed, but it didn't take away from our overall experience! 😊
